Wahl Pro Series Complete Kit
The most complete starter box we've tested.
Our Verdict
If you buy one kit for grooming at home, buy this one. The Pro Series clipper cuts through thick and double coats without snagging, the ten-guard range covers everything from a summer cut to a light tidy, and the included shears are genuinely usable — not box-fillers. It's corded, so wrigglers may prefer a cordless kit, but for most owners this is the best balance of quality and price we've found.
